A box full of smoke: the American barbecue has long since been going on in Europe: smoking fish or meat. The two-piece stainless steel box made of smoking bowl and lid holds up to 750 ml and gives the food an aromatic smoke taste. For this purpose, a handful of the standard wood chips (available in different flavours) are placed in the smoker box. Then just close with the lid and put on the hot coals or on the gas burner. The longer the box remains on the grill, the more intense the smoke note.

Handling
Approx. Put 1 handful of wood chips into the box and close the lid. Then place them in the red glowing coals with the help of gloves or tongs and place the cooking grate. With the gas grill, the smoker box must be positioned directly above a burner on the cooking grate. As soon as the smoke rises out of the box, place the raw, marinated meat on the cooking grate. Keep the lid of the grill closed and only open at the end of the cooking time.
